This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made from golden Canxan Negro.

Medium/large - it is suited for a 240 gyuto, kiritsuki or 240-270 sujihiki or slicer. It will also work on some 270 gyuto.

Handle is sanded to 600 grit then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher, nor leave in hot soapy water.
